Roadmap

What's live, what's next, and what's further out

This roadmap is directional, not a commitment — early access means priorities shift with what pilot organizations need most. We keep it honest rather than impressive.

Now — in pilot use

Mail and calendar on the open-standards backbone, with fast sync across devices. Personal workspaces and organizations, including invitations, roles, and multi-organization membership. The web app, with the platform foundations (tenant isolation, per-tenant encryption, audit logging) live underneath.

Next — rolling out through the pilot program

Contacts as a first-class surface sharing the mail account. Team messaging built on the Matrix protocol. Room and desk booking, and visitor management — the workplace track’s first two features. Mobile apps from the same codebase as the web app.

Later — on the path to general availability

File storage on the same backbone as mail and calendar. Video calls. Digital signage for office screens. Single sign-on and expanded compliance tooling for larger organizations. A self-hosted enterprise option. Guided migration from Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
