Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026Draft — Stacular is in early access; this document is pre-launch and subject to legal review.
Who we areStacular is a privacy-first European workplace platform, built and operated in the European Union. This policy explains what data we handle when you use the service or visit this site, and the choices you have. Questions and requests: hello@stacular.com.
What we collectWe collect only what the service needs to function:
• Account information — your name, email address, and authentication data.• Content you create — mail, calendar entries, messages, bookings, and other content you or your organization put into your workspace.• Technical logs — operational records (such as sign-in events and errors) used for security and reliability.
We do not run advertising, we do not build advertising profiles, we do not use third-party tracking, and we do not sell or rent personal data. How we use your dataWe process personal data to provide and secure the service, to support you when you contact us, and to meet legal obligations. Your workspace content is processed only to deliver the features you use — never for advertising or unrelated analysis.
Where your data livesData is stored in the European Union on infrastructure we operate. Each organization's data is isolated at the database level, and sensitive credentials are encrypted per organization.
Third partiesWe run our own infrastructure and keep subprocessors to a minimum. Where a third-party service is unavoidable (for example, delivering transactional email), we choose providers compatible with EU data-protection law. A current subprocessor list is available on request during early access.
RetentionWe keep your data for as long as your account or organization exists, plus any period required by law. When you delete content or your account, it is removed from production systems and expires from backups on a fixed schedule.
Your rightsUnder the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and export your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@stacular.com — we respond to all requests within 30 days.
Changes to this policyWe will update this policy as the service evolves, and material changes will be announced to account holders before they take effect.
