Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026Draft — Stacular is in early access; this document is pre-launch and subject to legal review.
The serviceStacular is a collaboration and workplace platform currently offered in early access. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use Stacular on behalf of an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms for that organization.
Early accessDuring early access the service is provided as-is, without an availability commitment or SLA. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the platform develops. We work closely with pilot organizations and will communicate significant changes ahead of time whenever practical.
Your accountYou are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@stacular.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your contentContent you or your organization put into Stacular remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service — storing, transmitting, and displaying your content to the people you share it with. We claim no other license, and we do not use your content for advertising or to train models.
Acceptable useDon't use Stacular to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to send spam, to distribute malware, or to attempt to breach the isolation between organizations. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk, and will contact you when we do unless legally prevented.
TerminationYou can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, and during early access we will help you export it first if you ask.
LiabilityTo the extent permitted by law, Stacular is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
ChangesWe may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced to account holders in advance, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
