From signup to a working workspace in minutes
Stacular is built around the idea of an instant workspace: you sign up, and things work. No provisioning queue, no onboarding consultants, no empty shell waiting for an administrator.
Your personal workspace
Every account starts with a personal workspace. It’s yours, it’s private, and it includes your calendar and mail surface from day one. You don’t need to create or join an organization to get value out of Stacular.
Organizations
When your team is ready, create an organization or accept an invite to one. Organizations add shared resources on top of your personal workspace: shared calendars, room and desk booking, visitor management, team messaging, and member administration with roles.
You can belong to several organizations at once and switch between them and your personal workspace inside the same app. Everything works identically in both — a deliberate design decision we call the personal tenant pattern, which you can read more about in Organizations & Teams.
What works today
Stacular is in early access. Mail, calendar, and organization management are in daily use by pilot organizations, with messaging and workplace features rolling out through the pilot program. The Roadmap page keeps an honest account of what’s live, what’s next, and what’s further out.
Requesting access
During early access, signups are enabled per organization. To get started, request early access and we’ll set your team up personally.
